Ordering Information and Policies for International Orders
PAYMENT METHOD
Payments can be made by credit card and bank transfer. For credit card payments, we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. For bank transfers, an electronic invoice will be sent to you after you complete the checkout process. Please kindly note that a handling fee of JPY4,000 will be charged for bank transfer.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping company
Delivery will be made by Fedex.
Some areas may not be able to be delivered depending on the country.
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery area and the weight and size of the item. Please select items, enter your shipping address, and proceed to checkout. The shipping cost will be displayed automatically.
Delivery time
Generally Items will arrive 4-10 days after shipping.
We do shipment by airmail and all packages can be tracked. Please note you cannot request delivery date.
The following is an estimated delivery date for major cities in each area.
- Asia: Generally 4-5 days after shipment
- US and Canada: Generally 4-5 days after shipment
- Europe: Generally 4-5 days after shipment
- Oceania: Generally 4-5 days after shipment
*Above schedules are the delivery date from Japan to the destination country. Please note it do not include the time for packing the items. All packages will be dispatched within 2-4 business days (except weekends and holidays) after your order.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
* Please note that the delivery time may vary depending on the delivery status of the shipping company, delays in customs clearance procedures, etc.
Change of address
We can change your address if your order has not been shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible when you find a mistake. Unfortunately, we cannot change your address once your order has been shipped. Please contact Fedex in your country as soon as possible. If your package is returned or resent, you will be charged for the return shipping costs, resending costs, and customs duties related to the re-importation. Please make sure you have entered the correct address.
Absence at the time of delivery or incorrect address
If your package is not received due to your absence, incorrect address, etc., it may be discarded or returned. If you are unable to receive your package, please contact your local FedEx office as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee the product if the product is disposed of. In addition, if you wish to reship merchandise returned to us, please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning and resending the merchandise as well as any customs duties incurred upon re-importation.
CANCELLATION
You can cancel items or orders that have not been shipped yet. To request cancellation, please contact us using the inquiry form as soon as possible. If your order is shipped already, we are unable to cancel it.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
All sales are final. We are unable to accept any returns or exchanges for international orders except the following cases.
WRONG ITEMS DELIVERED
Please contact us using the inquiry form within 5 days of package arrival. Please provide us with as much information as possible including your order number and photos of the wrong item you received. We will send you a correct item or refund you. If you do not notify us within 5 days of package arrival, we consider you accept the wrong item and will not send a correct item or refund you.
DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEMS DELIVERED
Please contact us using the inquiry form within 5 days of package arrival. Please provide us with as much information as possible including your order number and photos of the outer box and the damaged/faulty item you received. Please do not discard all items, box and cushioning material in order for us to file a claim with shipping companies. If you do not notify us within 5 days of package arrival, we are not responsible for the damaged/faulty items.
