[Features]
A knife for slicing sashimi from fish fillet. The long single bevel blade enables to slice fish fillet in one stroke without damaging the surface and creates a smooth texture. You slice by pulling the knife toward you as you cut. "Takohiki" is one of sashimi knives, used in Kanto region. Usual Takohiki knife has a rectangular blade though the tip of "Sakimaru" type is rounded.
The forged VG10 stainless steel can keep its sharpness longer than Gingami No.3 carbon steel.
