We will charge you for return and reshipment costs incurred when returning merchandise, as well as import/export duties and other expenses if the merchandise is from overseas, and we will accept returns or exchanges if the following cases do not apply. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product.

・Merchandise that has been used, soiled, or damaged by the customer
・Merchandise whose tags, packages, etc. are soiled, damaged, lost, or destroyed
・Products that have been inscribed or ordered that are not normally handled in our store.
・Items that have been purchased in a different size or color for the purpose of return.
・Other items that we deem unacceptable for resale or return to the manufacturer
・Products that are obviously roughly packaged and damaged (not covered by the shipping company's insurance)

Shipping Company

We will dispatch the package within 2-4 business days (except weekends and holidays) after your purchase. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. After shipment, we would mail you the tracking number.

Your package will be delivered in 4-10 days after dispatch from our warehouse in Japan. The below delivery times are our estimates of delivery lead time to major cities in each region. We typically dispatch packages within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) of receiving your order. We ship by air and all packages can be tracked.

• Europe: 4-5 business days
• Oceania: 4-5 business days

When you find your delivery address is incorrect/incomplete, please contact us using the inquiry form immediately. We can correct the delivery address unless your package has already been dispatched. If your package is returned or resent due to an incorrect/incomplete delivery address, you will be charged with all the cost incurred in returning/resending your package including customs duties for re-importation. Please make sure to enter the correct delivery address.

Gift wrapping is currently not available in our online store. If you would like to request gift wrapping, please contact us directly using the contact form.

We cannot guarantee the product if the product is disposed of. In addition, if you wish to reship merchandise returned to us, please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning and resending the merchandise as well as any customs duties incurred upon re-importation.

If you purchase items from Japan through our online store, we will only ship within Japan.

Currently, we do not offer engraving for products purchased through our online store. Please purchase in-store or contact us using the inquiry form.

Most of the chipping can be repaired by re-sharpening the blade. We offer fee-based knife sharpening. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask us using a inquiry form. Blades can chip by cutting hard ingredients such as bones, seeds or frozen food, dropping and mishandling, or stabbing into hard cutting boards.
