A double-edged blade made of VG10 stainless steel. The blade is using a special VG10 stainless steel, which is slightly softer than usual VG10 stainless steel. This sharp blade is easy to sharpen and offers high performance for both professionals and home cooks. The octagonal handle is made of magnolia wood and water buffalo horn.
