[Features]
The blade material is made of very hard "high speed powder metal" and will retain its sharpness for a very long time. Please note that when compared with general type of blades, this hard blade requires skill to sharpen and can easily chip by mishandling. The dark brown handle made of composite wood has a rounded shape and moderate weight to hold. Since there is no gap between the bolster and blade, you can easily wash and keep the blade clean.
