Egg tofu mold is a traditional Japanese tool for cooking egg tofu and made of square mold and removable inner tray. The removable inner tray enables to smoothly take out delicate tofu out of the mold. It is made of durable stainless steel and can be used for steaming, such as steam cakes too.
Kansai style is rectangular shape and Kanto style is square shape.
