A double-edged blade made of high carbon content containing VG10 stainless steel. Each blade is finished by expert sharpeners in Sakai, Osaka. The beautiful thin blade edge is outstandingly sharp. The octagonal handle is made of magnolia wood and water buffalo horn.
-NOT dishwasher safe
-To prevent rust, thoroughly wipe the knife after washing.
