Order information and Policies

  1. Price and Payment

    All item prices are in EURO. Please note the shipping fee does not include customs fees. 

    We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

  2. Shipping

    All packages are sent by airmail and can be tracked. We use FedEx, UPS, DHL and Japan post. Please kindly note we do not accept requests for the carrier.
    Packages would be dispatched from Japan within 7-10 business days after we confirm your purchase. After dispatching the package, we would email you the tracking number. It would take longer when you request engraving items. Please kindly note customers cannot choose the date of delivery. We do not guarantee any delays during international shipment.
    If you have any special information needed on the invoice (e.g., tax identification number), please let us know beforehand shipment. Unfortunately, we cannot change your address after we dispatch your order. Please make sure you have entered the correct address when purchasing.
    Shipping cost would depend on the item size and weight. Please note the shipping cost does not include customs fees. Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes and any charges for custom clearance. Generally, the shipping companies or customs would charge you when they deliver your items.
    There may be extra charges apart from customs fees depending on the country too. For example, customers in Singapore would be charged extra fees and required for a special document when you import kitchen utensils from Japan. Please kindly note we do not guarantee extra charges and documents.

  3. Customs fees

    Customers are responsible for all import duties taxes and any charges for custom clearance. Since customs fees depend on the laws and tax rates of each country, we cannot know the actual charge beforehand. Some countries may require extra charges too. For further information, please contact your local customs office.

  4. Delivery issues

    If you find any damages when you receive your package, please contact us within 7 days of your delivery with photos of the damaged item. Please keep all items, box and cushioning material. Please note that we cannot guarantee if you discard any of the items, box and cushioning material.

    Unfortunately, we cannot refund when the item is sent back to us for reasons such as absence of recipient or incorrect address. If you wish to have the items sent again, we will charge the shipping fee again.

  5. Returns and Cancellation

    We do not accept any returns. If there are any problems when you receive your items, please contact us within 7 days of your delivery.

    You can cancel your order if you contact us before we ship the items. Please kindly note that we cannot accept any cancellation for engraved items.

    Except as otherwise provided, the copyright herein, such as of text, graphics, icon, image, photograph belong to “KAMA-ASA.” Customers are required to enjoy solely shopping and no other purposes. 

    Any contents of the site shall not be reproduced without the written consent. Violation of any part of the above policy is subject to the civil and regulatory penalty.
