Made in Sakai, Osaka
[Features]
Yanagi-Deba is a knife combining the shape of Yangiba (Sashimi knife) and Deba (fish-filleting knife). You can fillet the fish and slice it in Sashimi by only using this knife. Please avoid from cutting too large fish since it has a narrow blade compared to usual Deba.
Shirogami No.2 carbon steel has a good balance of retention of the edge and easiness to sharpen.
[Precaution]
- NOT dishwasher safe
- To prevent rust, thoroughly wipe the knife after washing.
- Apply a thin layer of oil on the blade before storing to protect it from humidity and make it more rust resistant.
- Please read the instruction before usage.
